There will be a reception for all delegates from 6.30pm on
Sunday, 1st April, in The Garden Room, The Old Swan Hotel.
Admission free.
The Conference Banquet and Party this year will be held on
Tuesday evening, 3rd April, in the elegant surroundings of
The Old Swan Hotel, within walking distance of all the other
major hotels and guest houses, so there will be no complicated
travel arrangements to have to negotiate at the end of the
evening. The evening will begin with a cocktail reception
in the foyer, then a three-course dinner with wine and a range
of entertainments. Friends and colleagues not attending the
banquet are welcome to join the party from 10.30pm. A cash
bar will be available. Please note that there are many quieter
bars in the hotel for those who would sooner retreat for some
private conversation. Tickets are limited for this event so
please remember to book early. Price £40.
