Registration

How to register online

Please read these important notes before proceeding to register:

(1) It is compulsory to register in advance for this meeting and indicate your method of payment if you wish to present an abstract at this meeting. You will need your registration code number prior to gaining access to the Abstract Submission site.

(2) When you have completed this form and indicated your method of payment, you will be sent a userID and password (random words) by email. This will then allow you to submit your abstract(s). If you do NOT receive confirmation within a few minutes, please contact the 'Helpline' immediately (bna2009@liv.ac.uk or 0151 794 6440). Do NOT make repeated attempts to register but check instead the typing of your email address on your form as this is the most common reason for confusing our computer!

(3) The methods of payment available this year are:

Visa, mastercard, delta, switch
Sterling cheque, made payable to 'British Neuroscience Association Ltd'
Eurocheque, made payable to 'British Neuroscience Association Ltd'

(4) If you post or fax a completed registration form after registering online, please ensure that it is clearly marked 'CONFIRMATION ONLY'. Failure to so may result in the inconvenience to you of being erroneously charged TWICE.

(5) We regret that there can be no refund of the registration fee in the event of your cancellation. You will be able to transfer your registration to another colleague after notifying the BNA Conference Office in advance, and provided the new registrant is the same status (i.e. BNA member, student member etc.)

Non-member	£250	£300
Student member	£120	£150
Student non-member	£150	£200
Corporate (non-academic)	£500	£550

The registration fee includes the following:

invitation to the Welcome Reception
lunches, tea and coffee
final programme and Book of Abstracts
access to the scientific sessions
access to the workshops and satellite sessions
access to the Exhibition
access to the 'Special Events'
option to attend the 'Conference Banquet and Party'
