This role is within the The Translational Technology team sits within Neuroscience and Rare Diseases (NRD), Pharma Research and early Development (pRED).  The mission of our team is the development of innovative biomarker strategies for NRD therapeutic areas particularly focusing on target engagement, mechanism of action, pharmacodynamic response, and identification of responsive patient populations.  Our vision is to utilize the most advanced methods including imaging (MRI and PET), EEG, and digital biomarkers to support scientific decision making in early drug development.

This is a position within the Biomarkers and Translational Technologies group focused on the development and application of molecular and imaging biomarkers to support clinical testing of novel treatments for autoimmune and neurodegenerative diseases of the central nervous system. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of biomarker strategies encompassing molecular imaging, genetics and fluid biomarkers, translating from preclinical through early stage of clinical development.

In addition, you will coordinate developments and validation of biomarker assays across these modalities, in order to provide tools for compound evaluation and patient stratification throughout the phases of drug development.
