About you

Ideally, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Over 3 years of experience managing inbound marketing campaigns (ideally with some of that experience in a marketing agency).
  • A positive, proactive attitude and someone who is keen to learn and develop (we see the Account Managers we hire today as the Account Directors of tomorrow, so we’re looking for people who also share this vision and ambition).
  • Experience working in the life science market is preferred but not essential.

What you would do at BioStrata

  • Work as an Account Manager across several inbound clients, supported by a team of Account Executives.
  • Create integrated inbound marketing strategies and plans that are targeted to the needs and objectives, with the support of a more senior Inbound Account Director.
  • Manage and execute against plans by briefing and working with our specialist executional writing, design and development teams to deliver results, on deadline and on budget.
  • Review content, assets and deliverables to ensure they are of high quality, effectively meet or exceed the brief and effectively communicate key client messages.
  • Build client relationships, manage projects and effectively communicate expectations, plans and results across the combined agency-client team.
  • To help fuel your ongoing development, training will be supplied in areas such as inbound strategy and consulting, team training, management and mentoring etc.
