The Division of Psychology and Mental Health, within the School of Health Sciences seeks to appoint a full time Lecturer, with particular expertise in Cognitive Neuroscience. Candidates should hold a PhD in Psychology, and have relevant research interests to the Psychology group at Manchester and high quality publications. Although we are particularly interested in cognitive neuroscience we may consider other applicants who with expertise in experimental psychology, neuroscience, developmental psychology, health psychology or clinical psychology.
You will contribute to academic teaching and student support primarily on the undergraduate BSc Honours programme in Psychology, and to appropriate Masters courses. You will also be expected to contribute to research and research supervision consistent with the work of these groups but will be expected to be on a trajectory to becoming an independent researcher.
