2024 BNA Scholars announced

We are seeking to appoint a Professor with an established track record of internationally recognised research in the neurobiological basis of Psychiatric Disorders. Their methodology might involve cellular, molecular, electrophysiological, or systems biology. It may involve studying model organisms, cellular models, or patients and populations. Ultimately, success will be measured by high impact publication output, achievement in attracting research funding, contribution to teaching and the scientific strategy of the department. One of the key objectives of the post is to lead a major new research group within the department and in the longer term instigate a Centre for the Neurobiology of Psychiatry assembling strategically the expertise of relevant group leaders across the IoPPN.
