The salary will be paid at Grade 7, £45,259 to £53,355 per annum, inclusive of £3,223 per annum London Allowance.

This is a crucial senior role within the Education Support Team (EST), Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience that has responsibility for delivering key aspects of the education strategy in addition to providing operational advice and guidance to academic and professional services staff.

The post holder will be the main conduit with central teams and departments regarding all Quality Assurance and Student Experience activity and will work with colleagues within the Students and Education Directorate and the Faculty Education Manager to develop and deliver a functionally integrated service at faculty level. 

The post holder will be expected to have a deep understanding and experience of Quality Assurance as well as being passionate about and utterly committed to delivering the best student experience possible. In addition to being a strong leader with excellent communication influencing and persuasion skills, the successful applicant will be comfortable with developing appropriate processes and procedures and ensuring that they are adopted by academic and professional services colleagues. 

This post will be offered on an indefinite contract.

This is a full-time post.

The selection process will include a panel interview and a presentation on 13th December 2018
