A research assistant with skills in both neuroscience and mathematics/computer science is sought to help with the analysis of calcium-imaging data secured in neuroscience studies focussing on memory, plasticity and social cognition. A recent graduate with a good Honours Degree would be suitable. The post is funded by an Advanced Investigator award from the Wellcome Trust to Professor Richard Morris, FRS and would be based in the Laboratory for Cognitive Neuroscience in the Centre for Discovery Brain Sciences, University of Edinburgh. Off-site working may be feasible.
