You will work on projects that will investigate the neurovascular mechanisms underlying neurodegeneration at the onset of Alzheimer’s Disease. Duties include:
Successful applicants will be highly motivated, able to work independently, and committed to working in a fast-paced and competitive research setting. Excellent technical and organisational skills, and the ability to work within a team are essential.
The Hall (http://www.sussex.ac.uk/profiles/348374/research) laboratory is located in newly refurbished facilities within the Sussex Neuroscience Centre, which forms part of a vibrant neuroscience research community on campus
(http://www.sussex.ac.uk/sussexneuroscience/). The University of Sussex campus is located just 10 minutes away from the famous seaside resort city of Brighton.
Candidates should have a first or upper-second class honours BSc degree in Neuroscience or a closely related discipline.
