We're excited to announce that the inaugural British Society for Immunology Early Career Training Day aimed at postdoctoral researchers will be held on Monday 10 December in London, UK.
In the BSI's recent careers report, their members told them that having access to professional development opportunities is the most important factor in helping them to progress in their career. To meet this need, the British Society for Immunology has worked with the London Immunology Group to design this event specifically with postdoctoral researchers in mind to allow you to gain valuable insight into vital skills that are essential to building a scientific career. Some of the UK's leading immunologists will guide delegates through the training sessions, drawing from the wealth of experience gained over the course of their own careers, and provide advice for how delegates can take the next step on the career ladder. If you're a postdoc looking to progress your career in immunology, this is the event for you!
Please note, this event is suitable for postdoctoral researchers (or equivalent) only.
Registration is now open. This event was developed with the assistance of the London Immunology Group, who are holding their event 'Immunological Cross-Talk' at the same venue on the following day (Tuesday 11 December). Delegates who would like to attend both events will be eligible to receive a reduced registration rate.
