‘Meet the Brain Experts’ at The ThinkTank Science Museum (BAW) - Birmingham

University of Birmingham researchers will run a one-off event at the Thinktank Birmingham Science Museum on Sunday 17th March for families to meet the 'brain experts' as part of Brain Awareness Week. Enthusiastic young scientists are invited to visit Thinktank for fun hands-on activities with professional scientists.

Highlighting the exciting research that takes place at the University of Birmingham, this is a unique opportunity for visitors to learn about the brain and understand the exciting developments in the field of neuroscience and mental health at the University of Birmingham.

Experts from the School of Biosciences, the Centre for Human Brain Health, the Institute for Mental Health and the Institute of Inflammation and Ageing will introduce visitors to the real world of research and aim to engage young minds in a wide range exciting topics.

'Meet the Brain Experts' is open from 11am to 4pm on Sunday 17th March 2019.
