The Edinburgh University Neurological Society is proud to announce our 5th Annual National Conference: Neuroscience to Neurology on Saturday which will happen on 18th February 2017 at the Chancellor’s Building, Edinburgh.
We have an exciting line-up of speakers and workshops for what will be an engaging and enlightening day for anyone with an interest in translational and clinical Neuroscience. Delegates will also have the opportunity to showcase their research in poster form or as a presentation to the whole audience as well as participate in our essay competition. Oral and Poster Presentations:
As at our previous conferences, we will be offering delegates the opportunity to showcase their work in the forms of oral or poster presentation. We request abstracts from those who wish to be considered for these. Ten minutes will be allocated for oral presentations and space will be available for an A1-sized poster. Abstracts should be no longer than 250 words and structured: Title, Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions. Delegates who submit abstracts may indicate if they would like to submit it for a poster and/or an oral presentation.
The deadline for submission of abstracts is: Friday 6th January 2017
Essay Competition:
We will once again be running our essay competition. This year's topic is 'A significant advancement in the field of Neuroscience, Neurology or Psychology in the last decade'. Your essay should be no longer than 1500 words and there is no referencing limit.
