How does schizophrenia affect the human brain? This question has long been studied without a definitive answer. This project utilised high throughput single puncta imaging techniques. This talk will delve into the experimental techniques used to immunostain and visualise synaptic puncta from human brain tissue and discuss the changes that occur in patients with schizophrenia.
