This study introduces an automated framework for identifying and quantifying reproducible U-shaped association fibers from whole-brain tractography. The pipeline integrates anatomical filtering, clustering, and crossing-aware separation to resolve complex fiber configurations. Our results reveal highly consistent short-range connectivity patterns across subjects, supporting robust group-level analyses of superficial white matter.
I am a PhD candidate in Neuroimaging at King’s College London, working in the Neuroanatomy and Biophysics Lab (NBL). My research focuses on diffusion MRI tractography, particularly on reducing the complexity of connectomics and the automated extraction, clustering, and reproducibility mapping of U-shaped (short association) white matter fibers.
