2023 Annual General Meeting

The 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the British Neuroscience Association was held at 12:15-12:45 BST, Sunday 23rd April 2023 at the Brighton Centre in Brighton, UK, as part of the 2023 Festival of Neuroscience

All BNA members were welcome to attend the AGM. Every Full, Full (Industry), Honorary, Undergraduate student, Postgraduate student, Career Starter, Early Career, and Retired member was entitled to one vote, subject to payment of any fees being up to date. Associate members were not eligible to vote, but were welcome to attend. Members were reminded of their right to appoint a proxy under section 324 of the Companies Act 2006 and Article 21. Please refer to Articles 21 and 22 in the Articles of Association for more information about Proxy notices.

Members of the meeting voted unanimously in favour of accepting (adopting) the accounts for year ending 2022, for both the British Neuroscience Association Ltd and BNA Events Ltd.
