Help out at FENS 2020 and get free registration!

15th Jan 2020

As you are no doubt aware, the FENS Forum 2020 is being held in Glasgow from 11th to 15th July 2020.  The Forum consists of an outstanding scientific programme including lectures, symposia and special interest events as well as the Jump the FENS party, Introductory courses and numerous public engagement events.

As at previous FENS forums, we require committed volunteers to help make sure these events run efficiently and smoothly - but, more importantly, to make sure all FENS delegates have a wonderful experience whilst attending the Forum and visiting Glasgow.

As such, we are inviting applications from undergraduate & postgraduate students to be a FENS 2020 volunteer, and if you commit to 3 X 6 hour sessions during the course for the Forum, registration fees will be waived!*

*If you have already registered for the FENS Forum and you are subsequently appointed as a volunteer, your registration fee can be refunded.

As a volunteer, you could be helping out in any of the following areas: the FENS booth, Open Theater, Career and Education Area, job fair, poster help desk, registration desk or other parts of the Forum.  Your tasks will vary, and could include distributing bags and Forum books, supporting the passport competition, or directing people to the right place. You are likely to be doing different things on different days.
