We are currently recruiting for our Brand Manager, Neuroscience to join our Brand Lead Neuroscience and Rare Disease.
The Brand Manager is leading the creation and development of effective marketing strategies to maximise profitability, market share and growth outcomes, delivering them with flawless execution.

Ipsen aim to make a sustainable difference by significantly improving patients’ health and quality of life through differentiated and innovative medicines in oncology, neurosciences and rare diseases.
In this dynamic and busy role, you will:
- Co-Develop and effectively deliver the brand strategy for Ipsen neuroscience through leading multi-discipline teams
- Exceptional ability to manage external stakeholders and develop brand advocates
- Lead on the development and execution of the promotional neuroscience educational offering
- Ensure priority Neuroscience indications are market leaders within the area we actively compete
- Shape and influence future global campaigns using insights from UK field teams ensuring a long-term vision
- Be the "brand champion" and internal point of reference for all product-related queries.
- Influence the NHS, customer group, payment flow, patient pathways, market access challenges, regulatory and prescribing bodies in order to shape the market to support brand success
- Take ownership and accountability for tactical projects.
In return, you will bring:
- Life science degree or similar.
- Pharmaceutical Marketing experience. Neuroscience is preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of advocacy development.
- Good understanding of the healthcare environment, pharmaceutical marketplace and the sales & marketing processes
- Excellent organisation, planning and management ability
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Dynamic, proactive, business and results-focused
- Strong Understanding of the ABPI requirement related to marketing activities
