Refund Policy

Membership fees:

You have the right to cancel payment of your initial annual membership payment within seven days of joining the BNA.  From eight days after joining you cannot cancel your first year of membership, and the fee for this first year is non-refundable.  If you do wish to cancel with seven days you will have your payment returned. Please contact the BNA office to arrange a refund (office@bna.org.uk, 07584 016279).

Meeting registration fees:

You have the right to cancel payment of a registration fee for any meeting being organised by the BNA within seven days of registering for the meeting.  If you wish to cancel your registration you will have your payment returned. Please contact the BNA office to arrange a refund (office@bna.org.uk, 07584 016279).

Cancellation from eight days after registering may be possible on a case-by-case basis.  Please contact the BNA office to discuss (office@bna.org.uk, 07584 016279).  Please note that all refunds incur a £10 administration charge.
