Neuroscience Associate Director Competitive Strategy and Intelligence (100% Remote)

Purpose of the role:

  • Provide objective and timely competitive intelligence for clients’ marketed products and pipeline assets. Cut through the complexity and deliver superior insights so their clients can make the right decisions quickly, and with confidence.
  • Guarantee client satisfaction by identifying problems, optimizing and improving the value of the work the team performs.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team through thoughtful leadership, training, and supervision of a small team. Provide supportive coaching that fosters the development of team members.
  • Undertake P&L responsibility and partner closely with the Group Product Owner and finance partner to ensure they hit agreed-upon profit targets. Grow accounts by finding innovative solutions to problems that arise for their clients.
  • Travel as needed: Attend approximately 6 medical conferences per year plus team off-site meetings.

 

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience, of which at least 3 years are experience working within the pharmaceutical industry OR as a consultant to a global healthcare client
  • At least 2 years of experience in Neuroscience
  • Competitive intelligence or strategy experience
  • Ph.D. or Master’s degree in science (Desired but not essential)
