Professor Narender Ramnani Steps into Presidency at the British Neuroscience Association
29th April 2025
We are seeking a Research Assistant to work on an exciting new project (funded by the Brain & Behaviour Foundation) that investigates the development of attention in children at a higher risk of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
ADHD is a developmental disorder characterised by persistent inattention and/or hyperactivity that can interfere with a child’s social functioning and academic and affects approximately 5% of children. ADHD is a heritable disorder, but little is known about the development of foundational attention skills and ADHD symptomatology in young children. We aim to investigate these variables in young children of families with and without children at a higher risk of ADHD using behavioural and ERP measures.
