We hold an open seminar entitled 'Beyond the brain injury: The challenges of translating theory into practice' by Dr. Sarah Crawford from the Royal Hospital for Neuro-Disability, at 1pm - 2pm on Friday 16th March 2018.
In addition, we invite to an open lab afternoon with demonstrations in our neuro-labs from 2.15pm to 4pm on the same day. In the neurobiology labs, we will be demonstrating and discussing how we map brain receptors and what we learn from studying neural stem cells.
In the cognitive neuroscience labs, we will be demonstrating the eye tracker (visual attention), infrared camera (stress), and EEG (visual attention). The activities are suitable for students and teachers.
