SCO Reconnect: Creative Music Making for People Living with Dementia (BAW)

This event takes place at the St Cecilia's Hall, Edinburgh form 2pm to 4pm. 

Programme:

  • Welcome and introduction by Dr Katie Overy.
  • Talk about the research pilot project, funded by the Chief Scientist Office with Dr Sheila Rodgers (previously Head of Nursing).
  • Scottish Chamber Orchestra musicians demonstrating a workshop, led/introduced by Dr Kirsteen Davidson-Kelly
  • Musical demonstration and discussion with SCO musicians and workshop leader Dr Jane Bentley.
  • Q&A with the audience.
