Refund Policy

Membership fees:

You have the right to cancel payment of your initial annual membership payment within seven days of joining the BNA.  From eight days after joining you cannot cancel your first year of membership, and the fee for this first year is non-refundable.  Renewal fees are also non-refundable unless within seven days of paying the annual membership renewal fee.  If you do wish to cancel with seven days you will have your payment returned. Please contact the BNA office to arrange a refund (office@bna.org.uk, 07584 016279).

Student members must provide student verification within a year of making the membership application. Failure to provide student verification will result in the application being deleted from our database.

Meeting registration fees:

You have the right to cancel payment of a registration fee for any meeting being organised by the BNA within seven days of registering for the meeting.  If you wish to cancel your registration you will have your payment returned. Please contact the BNA office to arrange a refund (office@bna.org.uk, 07584 016279).

Cancellation from eight days after registering may be possible on a case-by-case basis.  Please contact the BNA office to discuss (office@bna.org.uk, 07584 016279).

Please note that all refunds incur a £10 administration charge.
