The salary will be paid at Grade Clinical Research Fellow, £36,344 - £39,570 per annum inclusive of the London Allowance
The Clinical Research Fellow recruit and retain participants, collect blood & CSF samples, perform screening and clinical assessments, perform PET and MR imaging scans, and analyze clinical and imaging data. The post holder will be attending clinics and will be responsible for organizational aspects of the project. The post holder will write articles for publications and present data in national and international congresses.
The successful candidate will be a registered GMC Medical Practitioner with a licence to practice. They will have completed their general medical training, MRCP or equivalent.
The successful candidate will have experience in Neurology at SHO level or above and have experience of working with patients with Memory problems, Dementia and Movement Disorders. The post holder will be resourceful and able to act on own initiative, have excellent organizational skills, good inter-personal skills with an ability to work co-operatively in a multidisciplinary setting.
This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for 24 months.
This is a full-time post - 100% full time equivalent.
