This is a fixed term (36 month) Clinical Research Fellowship to support a project in the stroke research group, College of Medicine, Veterinary and Life Sciences (MVLS), University of Glasgow, based at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

The post primarily supports the stroke exemplar project being undertaken as part of the new Industrial Centre for AI Research in Digital Diagnostics (iCAIRD) project, funded by Innovate UK. iCAIRD is a collaboration between the Universities of Glasgow & Aberdeen, local NHS organisations, and industrial partners (principally Canon Medical for imaging projects). The project focuses on development of a decision support system for improving door-to-needle time in acute stroke thrombolysis.

Prior experience in relevant clinical disciplines (for example Neurology, Stroke medicine) is highly desirable.
