We are looking for an outstanding individual who will provide high-quality research support to a Wellcome Trust funded project aiming to characterise dynamic functional connectivity characteristics in neonates during active and quiet sleep.
This is a PhD level role. The successful candidate will be PhD awarded or near completion in Neuroimaging, Computational Neuroscience, Medical imaging or Psychology/Neuroscience with a strong interest in statistics / signal processing and/or with a substantial analytical component. Candidates who have submitted their thesis and are awaiting award of their PhDs will also be considered.
Candidates should have excellent Python and/or Matlab skills and be able to contribute to all stages of the project, from data acquisition to mathematical analysis and interpretation of the results.
This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for 18 months.
This is a full-time post - 100% full time equivalent.
