The Wolfson Brain Imaging Centre (WBIC) is a world-class Major Research Facility within the Department of Clinical Neurosciences in the School of Clinical Medicine. The WBIC provides research imaging on its 3T MRI, 7T MRI, PET/MRI platforms as well the provision of novel radiopharmaceuticals for a strong community of clinical scientists based locally on the Biomedical Campus, across the University and elsewhere across the UK.

The purpose of this role is to co-ordinate the efficient administration of all imaging research studies in the Wolfson Brain Imaging Centre (WBIC). The post-holder will be the key point of contact for all current and prospective imaging users of the WBIC, and will liaise with the WBIC management team to ensure that the WBIC delivers a good standard of support for imaging studies. The Project Co-ordinator will also be the principal administrator for the WBIC Resource Allocation Committee (WRAC), reporting on prospective and current studies and tracking research activity across all WBIC platforms.

Limit of tenure: Funding for this post is available for 18 months. The role will be a fixed term post of 18 months or could be a secondment post for 6 - 18 months.
