Applications are invited for a Research Associate in the Research Department of Clinical, Educational and Health Psychology at UCL.

This position provides an exciting opportunity to join an MQ funded research project aiming to improve our understanding of the relationships between (cyber)bullying victimisation and mental health. The project features data from three major UK-Based longitudinal cohorts and the application of a range of innovative causal inference methods, including propensity score matching, twin methods, and polygenic scores. As such, this is a unique opportunity to gain training in these cutting-edge methodologies. Funds are available for additional formal training on these topics. The position is for two years in the first instance, subject to satisfactory completion of the probationary period. We are looking for an outstanding, high-potential, early-career researcher contribute to the success of the project and make a substantial contribution to research in this area.

The ideal candidate must hold a PhD (or be in the process of completing their PhD) in a relevant subject area (e.g. developmental psychopathology, epidemiological psychiatry, behavioural genetics), possess excellent statistical modelling skills, have a record of high quality publications, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
