A research technician post is available to work on a project as part of a newly-established collaboration between groups in the Centre for Integrative Physiology and the MRC Centre for Regenerative Medicine. It is funded by the Simons Initiative for the Developing Brain for two years in the first instance. Working as part of a team, you will grow forebrain organoids from embryonic stem cells and use them to study how connections between different brain regions are established in the embryo. You will have responsibility for the day-to-day running of a small ES cell culture facility and provide technical support to other members of the project team.
