External Event - 15th to 16th Oct 2019
We are offering a 2-day residential course entitled ‘Introduction to Leadership in Academia’ to be held at Cumberland Lodge in Windsor, 15th October to the 16th October 2019.
The workshop aims to introduce researchers at all career stages to the fundamental principles of leadership and leadership skills in an academic context, through a combination of lectures, practical activities, and small-group discussion on key topics.
There is no registration fee, and accommodation and meals will be provided. Unfortunately we are not able to offer travel bursaries. A limited number of family rooms for those with childcare responsibilities may be available.
We anticipate demand for the course to be high, and would like to select a diverse range of applicants. If you are available on those dates and would like to attend please email ukrn-admin@bristol.ac.uk a CV and brief motivating statement outlining your reasons for wanting to attend the course.
