Memories: hardwired happiness or victims to dementia?

BNA Event - 14th Mar 2017

This lecture is being held on the 14th March 2017 at the Medical School, Birmingham between 6:30-8:00 pm.

Learning and memory are concepts that fascinated human kind for a long time. We have tried to understand how the human brain can store so many memories and how people can have such diverse reactions to the same memories. Understanding how we learn and remember is even more important now when dementia is becoming a silent epidemic of our times. Dr. Nagy believes that by understanding how our brain learns we will be able to protect our memories from dementia.

This event is for the general public and requires no registration.
