BNA2017 registration fees are as follows:

You have the right to cancel payment of a registration fee for any meeting being organised by the BNA within seven days of registering for the meeting. If you wish to cancel your registration you will have your payment returned. Please contact the BNA office to arrange a refund (office@bna.org.uk, 07584 016279).
Individuals are expected to pay the registration fee upon registration via credit/debit card (Worldpay). Invoices can be requested for groups of 10 delegates or more. Please contact bna2017enquiries@neurofest17.co.uk to request an invoice.
In the unlikely event that your poster abstract is not accepted for presentation, and you no longer wish to attend the festival, you may request to cancel your registration. If your poster abstract is rejected and you wish to request a refund, please contact bna2017enquiries@neurofest17.co.uk.
If you cancel more than 60 days before the start of the meeting (i.e. up to and including 9th February 2017) you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
If you cancel 60-30 days before the start of the meeting (i.e. from the 10th February to the 11th March 2017, inclusive) you will be refunded 25% of your registration fee.
If you cancel fewer than 30 days before the start of the meeting (i.e. including and after the 12th March 2017) you will not be refunded, unless your request to cancel is within 7 days of having registered (see refund policy above).
Please note that the abstract handling fee is not considered part of the registration fee, and is non-refundable.
All refunds incur a £10.00 administration charge.
If you wish to discuss extenuating circumstances for cancellation which you feel should be taken into account, please contact the BNA office to discuss (office@bna.org.uk, 07584 016279). Decisions on such cases are entirely at the discretion of the BNA, and will be considered on a case by case basis.
