The BRAIN Conference 2026 is taking place in person on 20 March 2026 at Minster Building, London. The themes of the conference are Novel Genes and Technology, Trauma and Regeneration, and Disease of Later Life. It will also include a plenary talk by the winner of the Guarantors of Brain Prize for Excellence in Translational Neuroscience.
